"Woo-hoo! No school today! Snow day!" my daughter yelled as she ran down the steps. Remember the excitement of having a snow day when you were a kid? I'm glad I got my camera out to capture my daughter’s sheer joy on this day. She had so much fun playing in the new fallen snow and I'm glad I have a remembrance of that special day.

Supplies:
- Adhesives: Double Sided Tape (Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L); Glue Lines (Glue Dots)
- Alphabet/Letters: Thickers (American Crafts)
- Cardstock: black, white (Club Scrap)
- Embellishments: Resign Snowflakes, Pink Facet Cuts (Jesse James Beads); thermometer (Club Scrap); Silver Metal Dots (Mark Richards Enterprises); black photo corners (Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L)
- Ink: Black Dye Ink (Club Scrap)
- Stamps: Vogue Un-mounted Font Art (Club Scrap)
- Tools: Grid Ruler (Club Scrap)
- Other/Misc: mini calendar cut from something I received in the mail
1. Use grid ruler, black stamping ink and long narrow un-mounted stamps to create border on 11¾" x 11¾" white cardstock.
2. Matte onto black 12"x12" cardstock.
3. Center 9"x9" black cardstock onto layout.
4. Attach 5"x7", 5"x1½" and 6"x1¾" photos. Add 8¾"x1¾" white cardstock title strip to 9"x9" black.

5. Embellish with Thickers alpha stickers, Silver Metal Dots, mini thermometer, snowflakes and gems.
